Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für mein gemütliches 19m²-Zimmer im Hechtviertel! Es ist eins von vier Zimmern in einer 130m² großen Altbauwohnung. Zimmer zwei und drei werden von meinen künstlerisch ambitionierten Mitbewohnern (m/w, beide 28) bewohnt, während Zimmer Nummer vier als Atelier genutzt wird. Desweiteren gibts bei uns eine große Wohnküche, in der viel zusamen gehockt und gekocht(vegetarisch)wird. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über ein schönes Tageslichtbad mit Wanne. Wenn du magst kann das Zimmer auch (bis ca. April) teil- oder vollmöbiliert übernommen werden.

Hechtviertel...mehr muss man eigentlich gar nicht mehr sagen...Falls doch:
Netto und Lidl sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ein Friedhof ist auch gleich ums Eck, außerdem haben wir einen Späti im Nachbarhaus. Mit der Linie 13 (Bischofsplatz), Linie 7, 8 (Bischofsweg) ist alles bequem erreichbar und der Neustädter Bahnhof ist auch nicht weit.
