Wir haben ein 12 m² im Herzen der Neustadt ab 22.09 bzw ab 01.10.12 zu vermieten.
Wir sind bisher zu Dritt ( 2 x Männer und 1 x Frau). Zwei von uns sind Studenten und eine Berufstätige. Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG müssen aber auch nicht ständig alles zusammen machen.
Am Besten Du kommst einfach vorbei und schaust Dir das Zimmer an und lernst uns kennen. Zeitlich passt eher am Abend.
Wir haben von dem Vormieter noch ein Bett in dem Zimmer was bei Gefallen gegen einen Betrag in Höhe von € 150,00 übernommen werden kann (Neupreis € 300,00 , Alter 6 Monate, Zustand, gut fast wie neu).
