Zimmer frei! Es ist ca. 20qm groß, hat zwei große Fenster, Dielen und ein eingebautes Hochbett.
In der Küche ist soweit auch alles da, es kann aber gerne noch etwas mitgebracht werden.
Im Hinterhof befindet sich ein Garten, der im Sommer mitgenutzt werden kann sowie Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder.
Der ganze Spass kostet dich 212,94 Miete (warm) + 16,67 Drewag (Strom) + 9,98 Inet/Telefon, alles in allem also knappe 240 Euro.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Förstereistr. Wer von hier kommt, weiß dass das eine super Lage ist. Für alle anderen: Der Alaunpark, Kinos, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Kneipen sind alle fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Um die Ecke fahren die Straßenbahnen 13, 7 und 8.
Wir haben bisher ein sehr entspanntes und unkompliziertes WG Leben geführt, sind aber alle auch viel und gerne unterwegs, an der Uni oder arbeiten.... Einen Putzplan gab es mal… klappt aber auch ohne. :)
