Mein Zimmer ist schön groß, hell, geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich habe ein Hochbett (groß genug für 2 Personen), eine gemütliche Couch und einen riesigen Sessel, in dem es sich ganz ömmrig chillen und schmökern lässt. Die Fenster sind zur Straße hin, was gerade am Wochenende dazu führt, dass man betrunkene Menschen bei ihren hoch-philosophischen Abhandlungen belauschen kann. Mit geschlossenem Fenster geht's aber ohne Probleme. Sonst ist das Zimmer ruhig. Ich lasse alle Möbel drin. Unsere Katze ist es gewohnt, in meinem Bett zu schlafen. Entweder, du bist so ein Tierfreund, dass dich das nicht stört, oder du musst versuchen, es ihr anzutrainieren, dass sie draußen bleibt - geht auch.
Alors, ma chambre est grande et lumineuse. J'ai un lit en mezzanine (pour 2 personnes). Le week-end, il est assez bruyant dans la rue, parce qu'il y a un club pas loin d'ici, mais si on ferme les fenêtres, il n'y a pas de souci. Autrement, la chambre est calme / tranquille. Tous les immeubles restent dedans. Nous avons une Chat qui a l'habitude de dormir dans mon lit. Mais si tu ne le veux pas, tu peux essayer de l'entrainer de rester dehors - ca marche aussi.
My room is bright, big and spacious. I'll leave all my furniture in it, so that you'll profit from a cosy loft bed (for 2 persons), a big couch and armchair... and all the other stuff you need in a nice room. The windows face the stress and since there is a club in the street it gets noicy at weekends with your windows open. But as soon as you close the windows, there is no noise left... We have a cute cat that usually loves to sleep in my bed. If you don't like this, you can try to keep him (it's a male) out - should not be a problem.
the tram 7 (Louisenstraße / Bischofsweg) and the 13 (Bischofsweg) are only 4-6 min away (walking distance) - the albertplatz is close, too (approx. 10min walking distance) and you can reach the Bahnhof Neustadt in 15min.
The area is well-known and popular because of its alternative clubs, bars, cafés and artists.
Le tram 7 et 13 ne sont pas loin (4-6min à pied) et aussi l'albertplatz (10min) et la station "Bahnhof Neustadt" (15min) sont dans le coin. Le quartier Neustadt et Hechtviertel sont très populairs pour l'art alternatif, pour ses clubs, bars et cafés.
We're a shared flat of 3 + a cute and friendly cat, called Mr. Meinhold, or just "Meini". He's already conquered everybody's hearts (just for being sure that he gets his daily portion cat food).
We are a pretty busy flat, since we're involved in political / cultural organisations and initiatives. One of my flat mates is French and works in Dresden as a foreign language assistent. He speaks German very well. He likes to go to concerts / clubs, is a real luminary when it comes to music. The other flat mate is my brother (yes, we live together and there're no tensions ;) ) and he studies international relations in his last year.
Mes collocateurs sont mon frère (oui, ca marche! ;) ) et un Breton qui travaille comme assistant de francais ici. Mon frère fait ses études de Rélations Internationales dans son dernier an. On bouge beaucoup, surtout quand il s'agit des actions politiques ou culturelles, des concerts, aller au cinéma, on profite de la vie :)
