Da ich mein Studium abgeschlossen und nun eine neue Wohnung gefunden habe steht mein 16 m² Zimmer in der Neustadt ab März bereit. Es ist ausreichend groß und in bester Lage! Ich habe bei meinem Einzug ein Hochbett gebaut, welches auch im Zimmer bleiben soll (kleiner Übernahmebeitrag). Die WG ist allgemein sehr geräumig mit einer sehr gemütlichen Küche mit Balkon!
Einfach vorbeikommen und anschauen.. :)
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Haltestellen Louisenstraße und Bischofsplatz sind in 2 bzw. 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, und auch der Bahnhof Neustadt ist keine 10 min entfernt. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung in einem ruhigen Teil der Neustadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Netto, Rewe, Lidl etc. auch genug vorhanden.
Wenn ich ausziehe werden noch Natalie(Landschaftsarchitektur), Sebastian (Maschinenbau) und Maria-Laura (Panama, BWL) in der WG Wohnen also eine bunte Mischung, passend zur Neustadt.
