In unserer Zweier-WG wird von Dezember bis April ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei, da ich für diesen Zeitraum in Frankreich wohnen werde. Je nachdem wie es dir am Besten passt, bin ich was den Zeitraum anbetrifft auch recht flexibel.
Das Zimmer überlasse ich möbliert, Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Bücherregal und Kleiderstange sind noch drin. Die Deko, die du auf den Bildern noch siehst, hab ich entfernt.
Unsere Wohnung ist insgesamt 65m² groß, dein zukünftiges Zimmer 16m².
Es ist rechteckig geschnitten, hat hellen Laminatfußboden und zwei große Fenster mit Blick auf die Alaunstraße.
Ansonsten haben wir ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und eine recht große Küche mit Schlafsofa und Aussicht auf den Hinterhof.
Der "Kaltmietenpreis" beinhaltet jegliche Kosten ; Nebenkosten, Internet + Telefon-Flat (aufs Festnetz), ...

As I'm leaving Dresden for a couple of months, my room will be free until april.
It's 16m² big, furnished (bed, book shelf, dresser, desk, clothes rail, ..), has 2 big windows and a light laminate floor.
Our flat is 65m² big, we have a small bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, and a quite big kitchen with a sofa - so it's a nice place to sit together :)
The price includes all the costs - internet, telephone, heating costs, ...
Die Wohnung befindet sich am direkt Alaunpark und somit in mitten in der Neustadt. Der nächste Späti, Imbiss, Supermarkt, Bar, Kino, … was auch immer das Herz begehrt… ist in maximal 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Uni ein Stück entfernt ist. Nichtsdestotrotz fährt die 13 quasi direkt vor der Tür (Haltestelle „Alaunplatz“), sowie die 7 und 8 (Haltestelle „Bischofsweg“) hier in der Nähe.

Our flat is close to the Alaunpark, in the centre of the Neustadt. A lot of students and young people are living in this part of Dresden, so there's always something going on.
Meine Mitbewohnerin heißt Anni, ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert zurzeit im fünften Semester Soziologie an der TU. Sie ist eine sehr entspannte und tolle Mitbewohnerin, mit der du sicher gut auskommen wirst.
