Das Zimmer ist klein, aber fein. 11 Qm sind wirklich nicht viel, aber für 3 Wochen lässt es sich für euch bestimmt aushalten, außerdem zahlt ihr ja nur unschlagbare 145 Euro für ein Zimmer in super Lage.
Außer einem Bett (und einem Schemel und Spiegel) gibt es keine Möbel, dafür aber eine solide Anlage! Somit ist für das Nötigste gesorgt.

Lage ist richtig fett, du bist in 3 Gehminuten im Herzen der Neustadt und in 1er an der nächstgelegenen Tramhaltestelle. Um dich befinden sich super viele Bars, Cafés, Läden und Läden.
Zum Bahnhof Neustadt hast dus auch nicht weit, 8 min zu Füß.
Trotz Neutstadtlage hast du deine Ruhe, man bekommt auch nichts vom Verkehr zu hören.
In der Schönbrunnstraße 2, 3. Stock, wohnen Nikel und Freddi, sehr angenehme Mitbewohner. Es wird ein Spaß! :)
