Wir, Emmanouli und Hermann suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG.
Das Zimmer ist etwas größer als 26 qm. Einige Möbel können bei Bedarf übernommen werden. (Bett, Schrank, Couchtisch etc.).
Zur Wohnung gehören außerdem ein Flur, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, ein separates WC und eine Küche.

The apartment also has a hallway, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a separate toilet and a kitchen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Helgolandstrasse. Wir befinden uns im Hechtviertel, also am Rande der Dresdner Neustadt. Alles, was du brauchst, befindet sich in der Nähe. Lidl und Netto erreichst du zu Fuß in 3 Minuten. Ein Späti für schnelle Einkäufe am späten Abend ist direkt nebenan. Die Straßenbahnlinie 13 fährt direkt nebenan, und die Linien 3,7 und 8 erreichst du auch in wenigen Minuten. Seit ein paar Jahren hat das Hechtviertel auch seine eigene S-Bahn Station, also alles bestens angebunden. So kann man sich jetzt die 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof Neustadt sparen und ist wenn alles glatt läuft in 20 min am Campus (HSZ).
The apartment is located in the Helgolandstrasse. We are placed in the Hechtviertel, at the edge of the Dresden Neustadt. Everything you need is nearby. Lidl and Netto can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. A "Späti" for quick shopping in the late evening is right next door. Tram line 13 runs right next door, and lines 3,7 and 8 can also be reached in a few minutes. Since a few years the Hechtviertel also has its own S-Bahn station, so everything is well connected. if everything runs smoothly you can reach the campus (HSZ) in 20 minutes.
Wer wir sind? Emmanouli (41) aus Griechenland, schreibt gerade seine Doktorarbeit in Physik am Frauenhofer Institut, und Hermann (28) aus der Eifel, studiert Verfahrenstechnik mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Papiertechnik. Wir sind zwei ruhige Mitbewohner meistens auf Arbeit oder in der Uni. Wir freuen uns Dich kennen zulernen und hoffen, dass dir unsere WG gefällt. Ich werde in 2 Monaten mein Zimmer untervermieten, da kannst du dich natürlich bei der Suche nach einer oder eim Zwischenmieterin einbringen.
Who we are? Emmanouli from Greece, currently writing his doctoral thesis in physics at the Frauenhofer Institute, and Hermann from the Eifel, is studying process engineering with a focus on paper technology. We are two unobtrusive roommates, most times at work or in the univeristy. We are looking forward to getting to know you and hope that you like our shared flat. In two month I (Hermann) will start with my Diploma thesis outside of Dresden and we will look toghter for a temporay roommate.
