Da ich eine Arbeit gefunden habe, wird mein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer 3er WG auf der Hansastraße frei. Das Zimmer ist 19qm groß. Am besten kann der Nachmieter alle Möbel in meinem Zimmer übernehmen.
In der Wohnung ist ansonsten alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Das Zimmer verfügt über 1 Große fenster. Die Gesammtmiete beträgt ca 265€ inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet.
Die Wohnung liegt Hansastraße, in fünf Minuten ist man im Bahnhof Neustadt. Die Straßenbahn 3 ist in ungefähr 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Bäcker und Spätis sind in der Umgebung genügend zu finden.
Zu der tollen Lage und dem wunderschönen Zimmer, gibt es zwei wundervolle Mitbewohnerinnen. Kamilla und Jiling. Kamilla studiert Internationalbeziehung und Jiling schreibt ihre Doktorarbeit.
