One of us is moving out to another city, so... we have one really pretty room free. Is it 18 qm, 279 euro in total for everything (with Rundfunkbeitrag and so on).
The Zimmer is bright and big. Very pretty!
If you want there is couple of furniture, that Gosia will have to get rid of. If u like something you can talk about it to her.
Cause we live at 2 OG, u can admire really pretty sunsets from your window.
We are looking for a girl or a guy, the gender doesn't really matter. All international people are welcome.
Location
Dammweg is a really cool street with Fladenbrotbäckerei 50 m away and Rosis 200 m away. Not in the middle of busy Neustadt, but 5 min walk from all the bars and clubs.
Nearby u can find Netto, REWE and Bahnhof Neustadt. Stop of tram 7 and 8 Louisenstrasse is 2 min away (1 when u run)
WG
U will live with Baroin, Sophie and Micha: girls with part-time jobs. one bartista/baker/english teacher/lovely scottish girl, one ice cream master/medicine student/cool german Maedel and one nature lover/forestry student/baker of the month. We are absolutely normal people who enjoy having a beer together, cooking or going out together (groovestation is our favourite, cause it is soooo close )
I am gonna be away for the next couple of days, it is just easier for me to reply to your emails or messages, write to me an email and we can schedule a visit between 16-22 of March.

wir suchen nach einem Nachmieter für 18 qm Zimmer (279 Euro komplett pro Monat...mit Rundfunkbeitrag usw.).Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und richtig gross. Ich werde auch ein paar Moebel verkaufen, vielleicht werden sie dir gefallen. Aufgrund der hohen Lage der Wohnung ergeben sich abends auch hin und wieder malerische Aussichten auf den Sonnenuntergang.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Louisenstraße" (keine 2 Minuten entfernt). Dort hast du Anschluss an die Linie 7 und 8. Zum Bahnhof Neustadt sind es 5 Min. zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Kneipen, Kinos und Klubs sind auch nicht weit entfernt (5 Min.).
WG-Leben
Du wirst mit Baroin, Sophie und Micha zusammenwohnen. Alle tolle Maedels, zwei davon studieren, alle 3 arbeiten teilzeit.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich äußerst entspannt. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und kochen, trinken Bier, entspannen auch mal zusammen auf dem Balkon oder gehen zusammen in die Groovestation.
Gängige Sprachen in der WG sind Englisch und Deutsch.
