Es ist ein großes Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, sonnig in der Tageszeit und sehr sauber.
es ist vollständig möbliert , die meisten Möbel sind von IKEA und noch in sehr guten Zustand. Quasi noch neu ! Nach Vereinbarung könnte ich die Möbeln für einen guten Preis verkaufen.
Im Zimmer ist ein Doppelbett, Teppich, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl vorhanden.
Genau wie im Fotos, ist es ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer.

It is a large room with beautiful view, sunny in daytime and very clean.
Fully furnished now, most of the furnitures are bought from IKEA from October 2015
So all furnitures are super new and I can sell some of the furniture in good price.
It has a book shelter, double size bed and bed frame, small carpet, drawers, mini drawers for bed,
closet, desk and chair. I'm planning to sell of most of them in little cheaper price than normal price.
For the furnitures and living materials, it can be discussed.
Just like the pictures, it is very clean and nice room.
Also all part of house including kitchen and living room, bathroom is very clean.
Es ist wirklich nur 1 Minute bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle zu Fuß " Louisenstraße"
in ca. 1-2 Minuten Fuß können Sie netto und Mac Gaiz , Bio Markt erreichen
ca. 5 Minuten sind Rewe und Kino auch zu Fuß erreichbar
Geschäfte und Restaurants sind auch alle in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu errreichen.

It is really just 1 minute to walk to tram stop 'Louisenstraße'
by 1-2 minutes you can walk to netto and Mac Gaiz, Bio Market.
By 5 minutes you can walk to Rewe and Cinema as well.
Shops and restaurants are so near around. Quiet and cozy place.
Die Mädels quatschen gerne miteinander in der Küche und unternehmen auch viel miteinander.
Wir suchen nach aufgeschlossene und multi-kulti Mitbewohner die auch gerne asiatisch essen wie z.B chinesisch
Alle Mitglieder in diesem Haus wollen es sauber, komfortabel, schön und ruhig halten.
Mengying ist 29 Jahre und berufstätig.
Liqin ist 21 Jahre und Studentin.

Everyone is very kind and friendly. All in this house are very caring each other.
We have a nice party some times, Christmas, Halloween and so on.
All members in this house want to keep it clean, comfortable, nice and quiet.
You really will feel cozy and warm with this place and with these nice girls.

Head Tenant is a 29 years old Chinese lady who graduated in TU, now working in a company.
Small room is occupied by a 21 years old Chinese girl. Both fluent in German and also English.
This is the biggest room in this house, and it is duplex so the head tenant occupies the upper floor.
It has 2 bathrooms, one with only shower and one with bathtub (Upstairs). Kitchen is big and clean.
