Hallo Allerseits, es wird ein Zimmer in der Dresdener Neustadt vermietet. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer geteilten 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, ist sehr geräumig und mit unverbautem Blick. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, mit jeweils einem Zimmer. Zu haben ist das untere, größere Zimmer. Es gibt auf jeder Etage eine Toilette mit Waschbecken und oben ein Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Auf Wunsch besteht die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer einfach zu möblieren (Bett, Schrank, Tisch usw.)
Hello everybody, I offer a room in a shared two room flat. One room is under the roof and the other one on the level below. Now I offer the more spacious room below. The room is spacious and with an open view. There is a toilet with sink on both levels and a bathroom with a bathtub and window on the upper level. There is a fully equiped kitchen. If requested the room can be furnished (with bed, cupboard, table and so on).
Die Strassenbahn Linie 13 ist 50m entfernt. Zu den Kneipen, Clubs und Restaurants der Neustadt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ärzte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Autobahn ist sehr unkompliziert und schnell zu erreichen. Parken ist meist einfach vorm Haus möglich.
The tram line no. 13 is just 50 meters away. To the pups, clubs and restaurants of the Neustadt area its just a few steps. There are plenty of shops close by. Also doctors. You can reach the autobahn very easy and fast. Parking on the street is not a big issue.
Mitbewohner ist ein ruhiger/höflicher Student aus Äthiopien. Man bekommt von ihm nicht viel mit. Eher keine Party-WG und wer Geselligkeit mag, muss seine Freunde einladen, was kein Problem ist.
Die gemeinsam genutzte, geräumige Küche, mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Tisch ausgestattet, ist der Treffpunkt der Wg. Die Küche ist mit Spüle, Herd, Waschmaschine, Arbeitsplatte und Kuehlschrank ausgestattet. Alle sonstigen Utensilien sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Your flatmate will be a quiet student from Ethiopia. You woll not see him often and if you like other people around you, you have to invite your friends, what is not a problem. The shared kitchen is very spacious have a nice sitting corner with table. It is the perfect place to meet. There is a sink, an oven, working space and a fridge in the kitchen. Also all the kitchen stuff and a washing maschine.
Die monatliche Gesamtmiete beträgt pauschal 370,-€. Inklusive ist Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet und alle anderen Hauskosten wie Müll, Hausmeister, Abwasser usw. Nicht enthalten sind Fernsehgebühren, GEZ und Telefonkosten. Das Zimmer wird direkt vom Eigentümer vermietet und mit diesem auch der Vertrag abgeschlossen. Da die Energiekosten zur Zeit explodieren, muss noch über eine Deckelung der Heizkosten verhandelt werden. Ich als Vermieter bin mir auch noch nicht ganz im Klaren, wie dies am fairsten und sinnvollsten umzusetzen ist.
The monthly rent over all is 370,-€. Included is electricity, heating, water, internet, all other house costs, like garbage and so on. Not included are television and GEZ-fees and telefon costs. The room will be rented/and the contract will be made direct from/with the flat owner. The costs for energy are rising fast right now. Therefor we have to negociate a limit for that costs.
