Room for rent in WG, 18m², right next to Albertplatz in Neustadt, literally a 1 to 2 minutes walk to all trams, Simmel, Aldi, Konsum, bio food store, pizza, Asian food store, Euro shop, restaurants, bakers, coffee shops, medical clinic, laundromat, 30 minutes walk to Frauenkirche, 10 minutes walk to Bahnhof Neustadt, located right above a Späzi. 325€ all inclusive. WG is very clean, very respectful, very quiet, would be shared with Canadian and Albanian guys, both very polite and friendly. Non-smoking. Room is located on the quiet garden side, not on the street side. You will sleep like a baby.
Albanian is a quiet student, I am 50 with a young attitude and open mind (artist - whatever that means). We take you as you are as long as you're respectful and communicative - no crazy parties. All noise stops at 10-11:00 p.m. at the latest - it only continues when we all want it to.This is a haven made for us to take a break from the insanity of the outside world.
What you see on the pictures is what you get, I didn't clean the place up for you. There's no hypocrisy around here.

Zimmer zu vermieten in WG, 18m², direkt am Albertplatz in Neustadt, genau 1 bis 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu allen Straßenbahnen, Simmel, Aldi, Konsum, Bio-Laden, Pizza, Asiatisches Lebensmittelgeschäft, Euro-Shop, Restaurants, Bäcker, Kaffees, Artzt Klinik, Waschsalon, 30 Minuten zu Fuß zur Frauenkirche, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Neustadt, direkt über einem Späzi. 325€ alles inklusive.
WG ist sehr sauber, sehr respektvoll, sehr ruhig, würde mit kanadischen und albanischen geteilt, beide sehr höflich und freundlich. Nichtraucher. Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der ruhigen Gartenseite, nicht auf der Straßenseite. Du wirst schlafen wie ein Baby.
Albanian ist ein ruhiger Student, ich bin 50 mit einer jungen Gesinnung und aufgeschlossen (Künstler - was auch immer das bedeutet). Wir nehmen dich so wie du bist, solange das du respektvoll und kommunikativ bist - keine verrückten Partys, alle Krach spätestens um 22-23:00 Uhr stoppt - geht weiter nur wann wir alle wollen es so. Dies ist eine Oase, in der wir eine Pause vom Wahnsinn der Außenwelt machen können.
Was du auf den Bildern siehst ist was du bekommst, ich habe den Wohnung nicht für dich aufgeräumt. Hier gibt es keine Heuchelei.
