Wir suchen für die Zeit Mai bis Juli 2021 einen netten Menschen für unsere Wg zur Zwischenmiete.
Es wohnen hier Riccardo, ein gut kochender Architekt mit italienischen SChimpfwörtern auf Lager, und Phillip, ein angehender Musiktherapeut.
Das Zimmer ist natürlich voll möbiliert, mit einem bequemen Bett und Schreibtisch. Gemütlichkeitsstatus ist auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Wenn du mehr Platz brauchst, können wir das alles gerne besprechen.

Hey guys,
We are looking for a temporary new flat mate, to live with us during may till juli 2021. Your flat mates are Riccarco, who works as an architect and loves both cooking and cursing in italiano and Phillip, a soon-to-be musical therapist. The promoted room contains all the furniture you will need: a comfy bed, desk, chair and shelves.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Leipziger Vorstadt und Hechtviertel. Die trubelige und lebendige Neustadt ist also direkt nebenan und ein Späti für ein gemeinsames abendliches Bier ist direkt im Haus.
Es gibt einen Garten für Fahrräder und zum Yoga machen in der Sonne, als Ausgleich für den (leider) fehlenden Balkon. Geraucht werden kann dafür im Treppenhaus und ab und zu bei einem Vino auch auf der gemütlichen Couch in der Küche.. Im Tageslichtbad gibts ne Wanne, wo man den kalten Aprilzeiten gut entfliehen kann.
So weit zur Wohnung...

The flat is located in the young and urban part of Dresden, where most students live and work, which is the Hechtviertel, right next to Neustadt. To the building belongs a nice little backyard, where we try to yoga or barbecue.
Wir sind allesamt offene und kommunikative Menschen und kommen gerne auf ein Bier, eine gemeinsame Mahlzeit oder Plausch in der Küche zusammen. Jede*r kann sich aber natürlich auch immer in seinem Zimmer für Me-Time verkrümeln.
