Top Lage mit top Innenausstattung und top Leuten - da kann eigentlich nichts schiefgehen.
Die WG hat zwei Toiletten, eine super(!) Loggia, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Beamer, eine stylische Küche und ein kleines Verlies im Keller.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und sehr hell.
Die Wohnung ist ganz oben in der 3. Etage und dementsprechend hatten wir auch noch nie Probleme mit Nachbarn oder Untermietern wegen Lautstärke oder sonstigen. Auch die Robert-Blum-Straße selbst ist aus der Wohnung und aus dem Zimmer kaum hörbar.
Mit der Lage bist du innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten überall, fühlst dich aber wie im Grünen. Im Frühling/Sommer hörst du Spatzen und Vögel vom Balkon und kannst sogar draußen auf den Balkon schlafen... :-D
Geraucht wird bei uns nur auf den Balkon. Auf unsere Mitbewohner mit Gästen etc. nehmen wir natürlich immer Rücksicht ;-)

Top location with top interior design and top people - nothing can go wrong.
The flat share has two toilets, a great (!) Loggia, a large living room with projector, a stylish kitchen and a small space in the basement.
The room is 18 square meters large and very bright.
The apartment is at the top on the 3rd floor and we have never had any problems with neighbors or subtenants because of the volume or anything else. Robert-Blum-Straße itself is also barely audible from the apartment or room.
With the location you are everywhere within 5-10 minutes, but you feel like you are in the country. In spring / summer you can hear sparrows and birds from the balcony and you can even sleep outside on the balcony ... :-D
We only smoke on the balcony. Of course, we always show consideration for our roommates with guests, etc. :-)

Beste Lage ever!
Die Haltestelle Anton-/Leipziger Str. ist direkt vor dem Haus und innerhalb einer Minute erreichst du somit die Linien 4 ,6 ,9 und 11. Bis zum Bhf Neustadt sind es nur 5 Minuten Fussweg und an die Elbe sind es weniger als 3 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Albertplatz, Theaterplatz oder Postplatz.
Da ist sicher was für jeden dabei ;-)

Best location ever!
The Anton- / Leipziger Str. Stop is right in front of the house and within a minute you can reach lines 4, 6, 9 and 11. It is only a 5-minute walk to Neustadt station and less than 3 minutes to the Elbe . You can reach Albertplatz, Theaterplatz or Postplatz within 5 minutes by bike.
There is sure to be something for everyone ;-)

Wir sind ne coole, bunte Mischung aus Strategie Berater, Student, Club-manager und dir ;-).
Alles recht gediegen soweit und wir haben auch alle unterschiedliche Interessen, die sich jedoch sehr gut überschneiden oder ergänzen. Du kannst dich da gerne mit einbringen und Sachen mit uns unternehmen, dies ist jedoch kein Muss.
Im Wohnzimmer bzw. Balkon wird öfters mal ein Film geschaut, herumgesessen und einfach nur mit Freunden bei nem Bierchen abgehangen. Gekocht wird auch gerne - wir haben sehr gute Köche die gerne mal neue Sachen ausprobieren - sowohl vegetarisch als auch mit allem ;-)
In der WG wird niemand zu nix gezwungen, aber eine Aversion gegen Leute solltest du nicht haben xD.
Als (halbwegs..) arbeitende Bevölkerung haben wir alle ein gewisses Faible für Kaffee ;-), aber Tee, Mate oder andere Spielarten sind auch im Kommen. ;-).

We are a cool, colorful mix of strategy consultants, students, club managers and you ;-).
Everything so far and we all have different interests, which overlap or complement each other very well. You are welcome to get involved and do things with us, but this is not a must.
In the living room or balcony, people often watch a film, sit around and just hang out with friends over a beer. People like to cook too - we have very good cooks who like to try new things - both vegetarian and with everything ;-)
In the shared flat nobody is forced to do nothing, but you shouldn't have an aversion to people xD.
As a (halfway ..) working population we all have a certain weakness for coffee ;-), but tea, mate or other varieties are also on the rise. ;-).
