Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit drei Zimmern, die zur Sebnitzer Straße zeigen. Da die Wohnung mal ein Laden war, bekommen die Zimmer durch die großen Schaufenster recht viel Sonne ab. Als Special-Extra hast du deine eigene Eingangstür am Zimmer. Daneben gibts noch eine Wohnküche und zwei Bäder - eins mit Dusche, das andere mit Badewanne.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 26.03. und spätestens ab dem 1. Mai frei. In dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Hochbett/Hochebene. Es ist unmöbliert, sodass du dich kreativ austoben kannst.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor with three rooms facing Sebnitzer Straße. Since the apartment used to be a store, the rooms get quite a lot of sun through the large shop windows. As a special extra you have your own entrance door at the room. There is also a kitchen/living room and two bathrooms - one with a shower, the other one with a bathtub.
The room is available from April 1. There is a loft bed in the room. It is unfurnished, so you can be creative.
Die Sebnitzer Straße ist für Neustädter Verhältnisse eine gemütliche Straße. Der Alaunpark und die Heide liegen direkt um die Ecke und auch zur Elbe dauerts keine 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Einkaufen bietet sich der 5 Minuten entfernte Netto an, Rewe ist auch unter 10 Minuten erreichbar. Trotz ruhiger Lage ist das Geschehen der Neustadt nah, falls es dich auf die Straßen zieht. Aber auch die nächste Tramhaltestelle (Alaunplatz) ist nur 3 min Gehweg entfernt.

Sebnitzer Straße is a cozy street by Neustadt standards. The Alaunpark and the Heide are right around the corner and also walking to the Elbe takes under 15 minutes. For shopping, Netto is 5 minutes away, Rewe is also just 10 minutes away. Despite the quiet location, the bars of the Neustadt are close, if you feel like going out. But also the nearest tram stop (Alaunplatz) is only 3min walk away.
Wir, das sind Anno (no pronouns) und Rieke (sie):
Rieke ist zufriedene Angestellte in der Wissenschaft und froh im Großraumbüro. Sie ist grad dabei Spagat zu lernen (long way to go), tanzt gerne und hätte Lust, mal wieder öfter joggen zu gehen.
Anno schreibt endlich an der Masterarbeit und ist tagsüber manchmal viel zuhause und manchmal weniger, wenn sich ein netter Co-work-Ort ergibt. Sport, Musik oder PolitGruppen sind auch irgendwie Teil des Alltags.
Wir wünschen uns eine offene Kommunktion über Bedürfnisse innerhalb der Wohnung, für die wir dann gemeinsam eine Lösung suchen. Zurzeit teilen wir uns alles im Kühlschrank und versuchen uns an einem regelmäßgen Putzplan.
Wir freuen uns über gemeinsames Kochen oder Beleben der Küche durch Karten-Spielchen, Glotzen oder Quatschen zu Tee/Bier/Kaffee/Negroni sbagliato. Ansonsten wünschen wir uns ein entspanntes Zusammenleben, welches weit über die Vorstellungen einer Zweck-WG hinausgeht - wie genau das aussieht, können wir zusammen herausfinden. Außerdem haben wir eine linke und feministische Grundeinstellung.

We, that is Anno (no pronouns) and Rieke (she):
Rieta is a content employee in science and is glad in the open office. She likes to dance and would like to go jogging more often.
Anno is finally writing their master's thesis and is sometimes at home a lot during the day and sometimes less, if a nice co-working place comes up.
Sports, music or political groups are also somehow part of their everyday life.
We would like to have an open communication about the needs within the apartment, for which we then look for a solution together. At the moment we share everything in the fridge and try a regular cleaning schedule.
We are happy about cooking together or enlivening the kitchen by playing cards, watching something or chatting while drinking a tea/beer/coffee/negroni sbagliato. Otherwise, we want a relaxed living together, which goes far beyond the ideas of a purpose shared apartment - what exactly that looks like, we can find out together. We have a left and feminist mindset.
