Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner/-in für ein ziemlich schickes 14qm Zimmer in einer ziemlich schicken 99 qm Altbauwohnung! Hohe Decken, alte Dielen, Stuck, 2 Balkone, große Wohnküche plus zusätzliches gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, Tageslichtbad mit Wanne,...
Die Wohnung ist bombastisch!
Wir würden Sie überwiegend unmöbliert beziehen, sodass wir sie gemeinsam einrichten und zu unserem neuen Zuhause machen können.
Die Wohnung steht uns ab März zur Verfügung und du könntest Sie dir jedoch schon im Februar anschauen. Aktuell ist sie noch bewohnt und eine Besichtigung nur schwer möglich.
Dein Mietanteil würde 600 Euro warm betragen (da wäre dann auch schon Strom, Internet, etc. mit eingeplant).
Ich suche jemand, der bestenfalls ebenfalls berufstätig ist und sein Partyleben auf das Wochenende legt ;)
Respekt und Rücksichtnahme sind für mich in einer WG eine Selbstverständlichkeit...
Wer eine reine Zweck-WG sucht, bitte nicht anschreiben! Ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben ist mir sehr wichtig.

The apartment is bombastic!
We would move you in mostly unfurnished so we can furnish it together and make it our new home.
The apartment is available to us from March and you could, however, look at you already in February. Currently it is still inhabited and a visit is difficult.
Your share of the rent would be 600 Euro warm (electricity, internet, etc. would be included).
I am looking for someone who is at best also working and puts his party life on the weekend ;)
