Wir ziehen aus unserer gemütlichen Wohnung Ende Okober aus- darum suchen wir Leute die
ein 20 m² Zimmer für Oktober und November (320 € / Monat, Abschlag für Oktober verhandelbar) und
ein 12 m² Zimmer (280€/Monat) für November suchen!
Da die Wohnung nur 2 Zimmer hat, steht im November die ganze Wohnung zur Verfügung.
Die Zimmer sind leer, Heizung, Internet und Licht sind aber da und die Einrichtung in der Küche und Bad inkl. Waschmaschine wird euch bis zum Auszug Ende November zur Verfügung stehen. Das Zimmer, wie auch das Haus haben dadurch dass das Haus jahrelang nicht saniert wurde, ihren ganz eigenen Charakter. Die Hausverwaltung kümmert sich um nichts, alles was anfällt muss in DIY manier selber repariert werden. Das spiegelt sich auch im Hausflur wieder, es ist bunt, es ist chaotisch, in manchen Ecken findet sich vllt auch etwas Staub. :) In der Wohnung wird zu eurem Einzug aber alles in Schuss sein.
Ende November müssen wir die Wohnung räumen, darum werden die letzten Novembertage mit Ausräumarbeiten gefüllt sein. Sollte der Mietpreis euch zu hoch sein, sprecht uns mit euren Vorstellungen an.
We are moving out of our cosy apartment, so we are having
one 20 m² room for rent in October and November (all costs included 320 €, price negotiable depending on your arrival) and one 12 m² room (280 € including all costs) for rent in November.
The apartment has 2 rooms in total, so in november the whole apartment is available for renting. The rooms are empty, heating, internet and light will be there and also the kitchen and bathroom will be still equipped, including a washing mashine.
Due to the fact that the house is kind of old and was never renovated by the owner, the house and the rooms have their very own character. For reparations you have to take care of it by your own, in DIY manner. By the time of your arrival we will take care that everything is in good condition.
Please consider that we are giving up the apartment end of november, so the last days of november will be filled with moving out actions. If the renting price is too high for you, please contact

Königsbrückerstraße ist in direkter Nähe, aber doch nicht so nah, dass der Lärm stört.
Very Central location between Dresden Neustadt and Hechtviertel.
Close to Königsbrücker Straße with access to Public Transportation and Supermarkets, but not so close, that the noise is annoying you.
In October you will share the apartment with freya who is moving out at the end of october.
In November the whole apartment will be available for rent.
Please consider the condition and the character of the house
It's old
it's a bit DIY fixed everywhere, you have to take care yourself if something gets broken
the corridor is full of grafftis and nice neighbours live behind every door of the 4 floors you have to pass until you reach our apartment
