Ich werde ausziehen, also wird ein Platz für dich frei!
100m², 3er WG in Pieschen. Wunderschön am alten Güterbahnhof gelegen, an der Grenze zur Leipziger Vorstadt. 500m zum Sommerstrand der Elbe und die Neustadt ist auch nicht weit. Optimal ans Straßenbahnnetz (Linie 3,4,9,13) angeschlossen, kommt ihr überall hin!
Ausstattung der WG: Wir bewirtschaften eigentlich einen (quasi)kompletten Hausrat (Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Toilette und Mülleimer...), welcher allerdings gern ergänzt werden kann, aber auch nicht muss.
Das Zimmer ist offiziell ab 01.08 bereit zum Einzug, kann evtl. aber auch schon ein paar Tage früher bezogen werden.
Pieschen kommt!
Unsere Wg ist entspannt und locker. Mehr Info's gibts dann persönlich. Jana (noch bis Oktober als Zwischenmieterin) und René warten auf dich. Christian wird dann bald für Jana wieder bei uns sein.
In der Miete sind alle möglichen Kosten enthalten, obendrauf kommt nur noch die obligatorische Kaution.
Bei Interesse einfach kurz anschreiben und wir machen einen Termin aus.
WICHTIG: Vorraussichtlich wird im März 2017 ein Wohnungstausch in der gleichen Straße stattfinden!

100qm, 3-person flatshare in Dresden-Pieschen. Gorgeous, located at the old freight depot, 500m to the Elbe river beach and the Neustadt is very close.
Good connection to the puplic transport (tram 3, 4, 9, 13) so you reach every place quickly!
Facilities of the flat: we are full-equiped with all household appliance (washing-machine, dishwasher, oven, etc)
Officially the room is ready for move-in at the 1st of august but it’s also possible to move in a few days earlier.
Our living together is not only purpose-oriented. We are relaxed and easy-going. Other questions we can clear personally. Jana (till October, than Christian comes back) and René are waiting for you.
The rent includes all fees and costs.
