The flat is in Pieschen, close to Neustadt, less than 10 min per bike. I propose a nice small room to rent, daylight coming in, and you will see a green area.
The appartment is unrenovated, i.e. we need to warm with wood. The small room is equipped with a fire place. Like in old time, give a cosy atmosphere when the fire is on. You will need to buy additionally some wood (we can do it together). It is pretty cheap (count 20-30 euro for the coolest winter months and of course nothing for the summer) and so there is no additional charge to pay at the end of the year, like the one because of an over consumption of heat like it is oft the case by central heater.
The kitchen is also well equiped, and there is a balkon (no much direct light but still nice and quite for the summer).
It is a 3 rooms appartments. There is WLAN. The 3 room need to be renovated and might be probably be rent.
Foreigner are welcome.
The room is for sure free till September. As I probably want to move, it is possible that I rent also my room or end the rent contract. So it might be possible to stay longer in, but cant promise, that this Zwischen miete.
