Das Zimmer ist mit knapp 29m² das größte in der Wohnung und das einzige mit Balkon. Dadurch kostet es etwas mehr, als die anderen aber, es lohnt sich. Mit zwei Fenstern, einer Balkontür und hohen Altbaudecken ist es sehr hell und geräumig. Man kann sich daher gut eine Arbeits-, Schlaf- und Wohnecke einrichten. Im Sommer hat man von früh bis Nachmittag Sonne. Der Balkon bietet Platz zum draußen sitzen und für Pflanzen. Obwohl die Fenster nach vorne zur Straße rausgehen, ist es ziemlich ruhig, da die Leipziger Straße noch ein bisschen entfernt ist.
Das Zimmer wird leer übergeben, nur die Deckenlampe bleibt drin, vielleicht auch noch die Gardinen. Da ich flexibel mit dem Auszug bin, kann dieser auch schon ab dem 01.03.20 erfolgen, oder wenn möglich, spätestens zum 01.04.20.
The room is with almost 29m² the largest in the apartment and the only one with a balcony. Thus, it costs a little more than the others but, it is worth it. With two windows, a balcony door and high ceiling, it is very bright and spacious. In the summer you have sun from early morning to afternoon. The balcony offers space for sitting outside and for plants. Although the windows face the street, it is pretty quiet, as Leipziger Straße is still a bit away.
The room will be handed over empty, only the ceiling lamp will stay in, maybe also the curtains. Since I am flexible with the move out, this can also take place from 01.03.20, or if possible, no later than 01.04.20.
Die Wohnung liegt am Beginn des schönen Stadtteils Pieschen mit 5 min Fussentfernung zur Elbe. Die Innenstadt als auch die Neustadt, das Hechtviertel und Pieschen sind schnell zu Fuß, mit dem Rad und den Öffis zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnlinien 9 und 4 am Alexander Puschkin-Platz sind in 5 min und die Tram 3 und Busverbindungen am Großenhainer Platz sind in max. 10 min zu erreichen.
Ein Bäcker ist im Nebenhaus in einer Minute erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenso in der Nähe mit Netto und der Neustädter VG. Weiter Richtung Mickten gibt es auch einen Rewe.
Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich der Kulturverein Geh8, ein kleiner Park, die Elbe mit alter Anlegestelle, wo auch ein Feuerplatz ist, und der gute Mole Späti in der Leipziger Str.
The apartment is located at the beginning of the nice district of Pieschen with 5 min walking distance to the Elbe. The city center as well as the Neustadt, the Hechtviertel and Pieschen are quickly accessible on foot, by bike and public transport. The tram lines 9 and 4 at Alexander Puschkin-Platz can be reached in 5 min and the tram 3 and bus connections at Großenhainer Platz can be reached in max. 10 min.
A bakery can be reached in the adjacent building in one minute. Shopping facilities are also nearby with Netto and Neustädter VG. Further towards Mickten there is also a Rewe.
Just around the corner is the cultural association Geh8, a small park, the Elbe with old pier, where there is also a fireplace, and the good Mole Späti in Leipziger Str.
Die beiden sehr netten Mitbewohner sind zwischen 29 bis 32 Jahre und beide berufstätig. Wir sitzen gerne mal in der Küche zusammen beim Essen oder Wein, alles sehr entspannt, angenehm und ungezwungen.
Die Hausgemeinschaft besteht hauptsächlich aus jungen Leute und Familien, und alle sehr nett.
The two very nice roommates are between 29 to 32 years and both work. We like to sit together in the kitchen for a meal or wine, everything very relaxed, pleasant and informal.
The house community consists mainly of young people and families, and all very nice.
Das Zimmer bietet vieles, ist fast so groß wie eine eigene Wohnung mit Balkon aber man hat nette Gesellschaft und teilt sich das Putzen.
The room offers a lot, is almost as big as your own apartment with a balcony, but you have nice company and share the cleaning.
