Very central but quiet location. Tram stations are very close. Closest tram station is about 5min (Straßburger Platz). Nearest supermarket is about 5min walk. There are also a lot of other shops very close to the flat (REWE, Aldi, Netto, Lidl, DM, ...)

Gern auch als Zwischenmiete z.B. für Diplomarbeit oder ähnliches.
Ich mag Kochen, Rad fahren, Klettern, Wandern. Gern kannst Du dich meinen Aktivitäten anschließen.
