Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was du brauchst. Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch, Kommode und Schrank zum Sachen verstauen.
Es ist sehr gemütlich und zur Südseite ausgerichtet. Kommt also viel Sonne herein und der Hinterhof ist schön ruhig. Die Wohnung ist im Altbau und hat einen schönen Dielen Fußboden.
Alles in allem ein seltenes, günstiges, schönes Zimmer, mitten im schönen Altbau in der Neustadt.

You will live with the dancer Alba and the student of social education Peter. They are friendly and like to hang around in the kitchen together.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Neustadt. Also Place To Be in Dresden. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ums Eck und die Tram ist ein Katzensprung entfernt. Zudem allgemein belebt. Zur Zeit natürlich sehr ruhig.
Das Wg-Leben ist lebhaft.
Alba ist freischaffende Tänzerin und meist Projektbezogen am arbeiten. Dazwischen regeneriert sie sich.
Peter macht gerade seinen Master in Erziehungspädagogik, macht nebenbei eine Ausbildung zum Kinder- und Jugendtherapeuten und spielt wenn es geht Fussball.
Es wird gerne gemeinsam in der Küche Zeit verbracht, Tür zu machen ist aber auch völlig in Ordnung.
Das Zimmer steht befristet zur Miete, da Julia im April von ihrem Praktikum zurück kommt.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 245 Euro monatlich!
