I am sadly leaving Dresden on the 10th July to move back to England and therefor my wonderful flatmates need a new man or woman to live with. The kind of people they enjoy are open-minded, clean and someone who doesn't need so much enticing for a cheeky beer! We love to eat together here and make all kinds of cuisine. Go out in the evenings when we can. Patrick loves coffee and has a lot of travelling stories. Melanie is a talented singer and plays in a band, the conversation is exciting and the banter brilliant. Both fluent in German and English (with some Dutch and Latin from Melanie!)
The room is brand new, (12m²) white walls and laminate flooring. Cosy in the cold winters with the window facing the beautiful morning sunshine. When I first arrived, the room was unfurnished apart from a desk and some shelves that are Patricks, so I've kitted it out with wardrobe, double bed, lamps, bin, hangers, etc - all in excellent condition. Which I would be interested in selling on to you for 300euros (everything together was 553euros when I first bought it, so it's nearly half the price from sale price.) However, if you have your own furniture, you can also have it unfurnished, and pay nothing - as I will sell everything on the flea market if this is the case.
In the building itself the majority of people living here are students. The area is close to Tharandter Straße for shops and a large tram stop. Literally from the flats window you can see the bus stop (Fritz Schulz Straße) and take the 62, 63, A, 85. The 62 and 63 head towards the TU university campus, this takes 10 minutes. And the 62 will have you in the centre, Prager Straße in 15 minutes. There is also HP Plauen around the corner, 1 minute walk away where you can take the DB Bahn to the main station, a 5 minute journey. Great for getting to the centre fast and getting to the airport.
Next to house there is a Netto and behind the house there is Plauen with a Butchers, Fresh fruit and vedge, Bakery, a couple of bars, (one shows all the weekend sport and has a great cocktail night!) there are also various restaurants and takeaways nearby. No Garden but we've had many successful BBQs in the back yard or just down the road there are two lovely Parks.
