Hello from the Plauen side

Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, das Rathaus Plauen ist nur 2min zu Fuß entfernt und von dort fahren die Buslinien 62 (z.B. zur Altmarkt-Galerie), 63 (Tharandter Straße) und die Linie 85, mit der ihr innerhalb von 4min am Hauptcampus der TU Dresden seid, für Studenten also absolut perfekt.
Außerdem ist der Hp. Plauen mit Übergang zu den Regionalbahnen der Deutschen Bahn (Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof, Tharandt, Freiberg, Chemnitz usw.) ebenfalls nur 2min entfernt.

Wer sich in der Natur wohlfühlt wird auch auf seine Kosten kommen, die Weißeritz fließt 100m entfernt und der Bienertpark liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf Dresden ;)

We have a super connection to public transportation. The stop Rathaus Plauen is only 2 minutes away by foot, where the busses 62 (eg. to the Altmarkt-Galerie), 63 (Tharandter Straße), and 85 (TU Campus reached in 4 min) drive from. A perfect location for students!
Otherwise the stop Hp. Plauen is around the corner, and there you can get the same busses as well as the S-Bahn or regional trains of the Deutsche Bahn (think Hauptbahnhof in 4 min)!
If you're into nature, you're in the right place. The Weißeritz stream flows only 100m away and Bienertpark is also quite nearby and offers a beautiful view of Dresden ;)

Die WG verfügt über einen geräumigen Flur, eine Küche und ein Bad.
Momentan wohnen hier 2 Männer und 2 Frauen.

In der Wohnung bleiben werden:
Jano, 27 Jahre alt, er studiert Maschinenbau an der TU und ist gerade mit seiner Diplomarbeit fertig geworden.
Marie, 20 Jahre alt, sie ist Studentin im 1. Semester an der TU, Studienfach Sozialpädagogik.
Alina, 20 Jahre alt, sie ist auch Studentin im 1. Semester an der TU, Studienfach Internationale Beziehungen.
Eliot, 23 Jahre alt, er unterrichtet Englisch an einer privaten Sprachschule, kommt aus den USA und spricht (manchmal) besser Sächsisch als die zwei Wessi-Mädels.

Eine Zweck-WG ist nicht erwünscht. Es wird öfter ein Glas Wein bzw. eine Flasche bzw. 2 oder so zusammen in der Küche getrunken und bei Gelegenheit wird auch zusammen gekocht. Wir gehen auch gern abends zusammen in die Neustadt und danach gibt's traditionell eine Kleinigkeit bzw. ein 3-gängiges-Mitternachtsmenü.
Wir wohnen noch nicht allzulange hier und sind alle im Laufe des letzten Jahres eingezogen, also kann das WG-Leben natürlich noch etwas mitgestaltet werden. Es befinden sich 2 weitere WGs über und unter uns, die sich auch letztes Jahr neu gegründet haben. Wir suchen auf jeden Fall offene Menschen und freuen uns schon drauf, Dich kennenzulernen ;)

The WG has a spacious hall, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
Currently 2 men and 2 women live here:

Jano, 27 years old, studies machine engineering at the TU and has just finished his Diplomarbeit.
Marie, 20 years old, is a first semester student at the TU with a major in social education.
Alina, 20 years old, is also a first semester student at the TU with a major in international relations.
Eliot, 23 years old, teaches English at a private language school, is from the USA, and speaks better Sächsisch than the two West Germans (sometimes).

This isn't just an apartment put together out of necessity where no one talks to each other. We like to sit in the kitchen and drink a glass or bottle or several bottles of wine together and when the opportunity presents itself, we cook together too. We also like to go out in the Neustadt together and afterwards have a little snack or maybe even a 3 course meal at midnight.

We haven't lived all that long with each other, having all moved in within the last year, so you can definitely help shape the apartment life. There are also 2 relatively newly put together apartments above and below us. In any case, we're looking for open-minded people and look forward to meeting you ;)

Das Zimmer ist wie erwähnt ab sofort verfügbar und Du kannst direkt einziehen. Die Fotos sind durch den kurzfristigen Umzug natürlich etwas chaotisch, wir bitten dies zu verzeihen ;)

Bei Interesse schreib uns eine Mail oder eine Whatsapp und erzähle ein wenig über Dich :)

Die Besichtigungen werden schon diese Woche stattfinden. Der genaue Termin wird dann per Mail/Whatsapp vereinbart.
