Hey everyone who is looking for a new place to live 😃
I´m looking for a new room mate (male or female) who is interested in renting two rooms in my apartment.
It is a four-room apartment located in the fourth floor close to the Great Garden. The apartment has a well-furnished fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table with an amazing view, where we can cook and socialize. The one (10m2) of the two available rooms is located on the south and the other (11m2) on the north side. Both rooms are painted in white, and have no furniture. It is also possible to move in from 01.04.
Near by there are various shopping possibilities and good transport services to the city centre. Close to the apartment there is a large park (Great Garden), where you can jog, or just chill out with friends. In the vicinity there is also a river, and some sport centers.
To my person: I am working from home office, eating healthy balanced food, and doing sports every day.
