Wir wohnen in einer ruhigen und familienfreundlichen Gegend mit guten Anschlussmöglichkeiten zur Stadt durch Zug, Straßenbahn und Bus. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 5 Minuten, Straßenbahn und Zug ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Zug erreicht man das Stadtzentrum in weniger als 5 Minuten. Ebenfalls eignet sich der Zug perfekt für Fahrten in das Kneipen- und Szeneviertel Neustadt, Pirna oder zur Sächsischen Schweiz, welche sich zum wandern und anderen Outdoor-Aktivitäten eignet.

The flat is located in a quiete and family-friendly neighbourhood with good public transport possibilities into the city centre of Dresden. The walking distance to the nearest bus stop is 5 minutes and to the train and tram station 10 minutes. It only takes 5 minutes with the train to get to the Dresden main station. You can also use the train to visit Pirna, Sächsische Schweiz or Dresden Neustadt, where you can find many bars and restaurants.

Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin, also ich, bin 25 Jahre und arbeite als Beraterin in einem IT Unternehmen, verbringe meine Freizeit gern mit Sport, Freunden oder im Freien und bin sehr gespannt dich kennenzulernen. :)

Mit Maria, die bald ihr Studium beendet und deshalb auszieht, verstehe ich mich sehr gut (was du und ich dann hoffentlich auch werden :D) , wenn wir in der Küche beim kochen sind, oder auf unserer Couch sitzen und quatschen. Dass man sich jederzeit zurückziehen kann, wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht, ist in einem harmonischen WG-Leben selbstverständlich.
Zwecks Sauberkeit sind wir nicht super pingelig, aber eine gewisse Ordnung und Sauberkeit sollte in der WG einfach eingehalten werden. Bei uns geht es nach dem Motto: Wenn ich was sehe, das weggeräumt oder sauber gemacht werden muss, dann mach ich es einfach. Anstatt einen unnötig aufwendigen Putzplan zu erstellen.

Your roommate, that would be me, is 25 years old and works as a consultant in an IT company. I like to spend my free time with sports, friends or outdoors and I am very curious to meet you. :)

I get along very well with Maria (which you and I will hopefully do :D) when we are cooking in the kitchen or sitting on our couch and chatting. She will soon finish her studies and therefore moves out. That you can withdraw yourself at any time when you need your peace and quiet is a matter of course in a harmonious life in a shared apartment
We're not super fussy about cleanliness, but a certain amount of order and cleanliness should simply be maintained in the shared flat. Our motto is: If I see something that needs to be put away or cleaned up, I'll just do it. Instead of creating an unnecessarily elaborate cleaning plan.
