ich bin die Ann, 26 J., bin eine Studentin der Psychologie an der TU Dresden. Ich werde für die nächsten Monate nicht im Dresden und biete deshalb mein Zimmer (18qm) als Zwischenmiete an. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr hell, da ein großes Fenster vorhanden ist. Du kannst dich Anhang der Fotos davon überzeugen.

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Strehlen und hat eine super Lage:
Sie ist sehr uninah(15 min). Mit den Bahnlinien 9 & 13, die quasi vor der Tür direkt in die Neustadt und in die Altstadt führen, kommt man super schnell zum Wasaplatz, wo sich zahlreiche Geschäfte, wie eine Frida, dm und eine Post befinden und zum 2-Haltestellen-entfernten Otto-Dix-Center (O.D.C.), einem großen Einkaufszentrum inklusive Kaufland. Schön ist auch die unmittelbare Nähe des Großen Gartens ( zu Fuß 10 min.), in dem es sich nach Herzenslust spazieren lässt.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Strehlen and has a great location: it is very close to the university (15 min). With the train lines 9 & 13, which go directly to the Altstadt and the Neustadt, you can also get to Wasaplatz, where there are many stores, such as a Frida, DM, and a post office. Two stops away is the Otto-Dix-Center (O.D.C.), a large shopping center with Kaufland in it. Also, you can reach Großer Garten within 10 min by foot, where you can explore and enjoy a walk in the nature.
Ich wohne in einer 4er WG mit noch 3 liebevollen Menschen, ein Jung und zwei Mädchen, zwischen 25 und 29 J. Der Jung arbeitet im IT-Bereich, eines der Mädchen studiert Sozialpädagogik an der TU und das andere arbeitet im HR-Bereich. Wir sind eine sehr offene und Multikulti Wg.
I live in a 4-people-shared apartment with 3 lovely people, a young man and two girls, between 25 and 29 years. The young man works in IT, one of the girls studies social pedagogy at the TU and the other works in HR. We are a very open and multicultural Wg.
Die Miete für die Zeit, die ich mein Zimmer zur Verfügung stelle, beträgt 720€. Der Preis ist für die fast drei Monate verhandelbar!
The total rent for the time I provide my room is 720€. The price is negotiable for the almost three months!
