Schönes und großes Zimmer in lebhafter WG

Die Wohnung liegt nahe dem Hauptcampus der TU. Mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du maximal 10 Minuten, ansonsten bist du zu Fuß schnell am Wasaplatz und kannst von dort aus den 61er Bus zur Uni nehmen.
Am Wasaplatz erreichst du auch die Tramlinie 9 (z.B. zum Hauptbahnhof und Prager Straße), die Tram 13, die dich die ganze Nacht durch die Neustadt und wieder nach Hause bringt, sowie die Buslinien 63, 68 und 85.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele. Gleich um die Ecke einen Frida und DHL, sowie DM, mehrere Bäckerei, Gemüsehändler und Metzger. Außerdem gibt es noch einige andere kleine Läden, z.B. Buchhandlung, Copyshop, Friseur.
Hast du mal keine Lust zu kochen, kannst du gut in der Gegend essen gehen. Es gibt einige Dönerläden, ein Asia –Restaurant, einen Italiener und andere Restaurants am Wasaplatz.
Großer Garten liegt ebenfalls um die Ecke und ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen.

The apartment is located near the main campus of the TU. By bike you need a maximum of 10 minutes, otherwise you can quickly walk to Wasaplatz and take the 61 bus to the university from there.
At Wasaplatz you can also reach tram line 9 (e.g. to the main train station, Prager Straße and also IKEA), tram line 13, which takes you all night through Neustadt and back home, as well as bus lines 63, 68 and 85.
Shopping opportunities are plentiful. Just around the corner a Frida and DHL, as well as DM, several bakeries, greengrocers and butchers. There are also several other small stores, e.g. bookstore, copy shop, hairdresser.
If you don't feel like cooking, you can eat out in the area. There are several kebab stores, several Asian restaurant or imbiss, an Italian restaurant and other restaurants in Wasaplatz.
Großer Garten is also around the corner and is easy to reach on foot or by bike.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Lisa-Marie, Anna und Martin, wobei erste eine Ausbildung zur Erzieherin macht, andere in Hochschule für Musik und letzter sein Maschinenbau Studium in der TU ganz neu abgeschlossen hat.
Unser WG-Leben ist ganz entspannt, mal kochen wir gemeinsam, mal gehen wir am Abend gemeinsam draußen oder trinken einfach gemütlich eine Flasche Wein daheim. Wir haben keine festen gemeinsamen Essenszeiten o.Ä., aber wir tauschen uns im Alltag aus , setzen uns, wenn's passt, zum Kaffee oder Abendessen zusammen etc.
Dass man sein Geschirr abspült und in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen Ordnung hält, sollte für dich selbstverständlich sein.

Your flatmates are Lisa-Marie, Anna and Martin, the first of whom is training to be an kindergarden teacher, the other is studying at the Hochschule für Musik and the last finished newly his Mechanical Engineering study at the TU.
Our flat-sharing life is quite relaxed, sometimes we cook together, sometimes we go out together in the evening or just drink a bottle of wine at home. We don't have fixed mealtimes or anything like that, but we exchange ideas in everyday life, sit down together for coffee or dinner when it suits us, and so on.
It should be self-evident for you that you wash your dishes and keep order in the rooms you use together.

Ich untermiete mein Zimmer, weil ich außer Dresden eine Praktikumstelle bekommen habe. Dein Einzug beginnt ab dem 01.11.2023 und bis 31.03.2024 und die Miete ist alles inkl. 360€.
