Mein schönes großes helles Zimmer wird frei zum 01.05.21. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr großen Flur, ein Bad und eine Küche, das Bad und die Küche sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Das Zimmer ist voll Möbliert (Kleiderschrank, Couch, Tisch, Schreibtisch, Regal, Fernsehunterschrank).
Im Preis, ist bereits Strom und Internet enthalten.
- Die Lage ist super Zentral und trotzdem ruhig.
- 7 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof
- 3 Gehminuten zur Bushaltestelle in die Innenstadt
- sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ringsherum
- zur Uni, ca. 20 min zu Fuß, mit den Öffis schneller :)
Es ist eine 2-er WG.
Deshalb hat man ganz oft auch seine Ruhe und kann für sich sein.
Wenn die sympathische Alexandra zu Hause ist, ist sie jedoch auch gern für nette Gespräche sowie auch Freizeitaktivitäten zu begeistern.
Alle Mitbewohner im Haus sind sehr nett.
Die Wohnung und das Zimmer befindet sich in einem "Top" Zustand.
Es gab in den ganzen Jahren nie Probleme:)
