I am going to move to another city. So I am looking for a girl to take over my room.
The apartment belongs to the house company 'Vonovia'. And the rent for the room is 278 €, with all including. The room is bright and fully furnished (with a big bed, closet, desk, chair...). I will leave all the furnitures to you, and you only need to pay 50 € for that. Your flatmates are two friendly Chinese, one is working in a company and the other is a Ph.D student in TU. The location of the apartment is very central, close to the main station, and TU is within walking distance. Supermarket and other shops are in the immediate vicinity. So it is very convinient to live here.
Since I am flexible to move out, we can discuss about the date for you to move in. Basically, you could move in from mid-August, or September 1.
