Wir sind eine WG aus Dresden. Da ich nächstes Semester für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, wird ab Mitte September bis Mitte März 2022 mein Zimmer frei. Es ist möbiliert und wird für diesen Zeitraum UNTERVERMIETET. Die WG hat hat ein Bad, eine Küche mit Esstisch, einen Flur mit Sofa (der als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt wird) und einen Balkon (angrenzend an das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners). :)

We are a mixed flatshare from Dresden. As I´m going abroad next semester for a half year, my room will be available from mid-September 2021 to mid-March 2022. The room is furnished and will be sublet for the period. The shared flat has a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining table, a hallway with a sofa that serves as common room and a balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Innenstadt Dresdens sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer geht mit dem Fenster zum Innenhof und ist daher trotzdem ruhig. Der Hauptbahnhof liegt fußläufig maximal 5 Minuten entfernt. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Netto und Rewe (beide ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Die Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) liegt direkt gegenüber und die TU Dresden liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The flat is centrally located in the centre of Dresden, very close to the main station. The room has a window facing the inner courtyard and is therefore quiet. The main station is a maximum of 5 minutes away on foot. The nearest shopping facilities are Netto and Rewe (both about 4 minutes away on foot). The University of Applied Sciences (HTW) is directly opposite and the TU Dresden is about 10 minutes' walk away.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Konstantin und Jonas. Wir führen ein entspanntes Zusammenleben und sitzen gerne mal alle zusammen, quatschen und/oder spielen Karten. Die gemeinsam genutzten Räume sollten ordentlich gehalten werden. :)
