Ich suche ab dem 1. November einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß, hell und mit Teppich ausgelegt.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt eine Größe von ca. 79qm inklusive eines großen Wohnzimmers mit Balkon.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof und an der Uni/HTW. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr gut. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es Netto, REWE, Rossmann, eine Apotheke und ALDI.
Das Zimmer sollte für mindestens ein Jahr gemietet werden.
