Hi,
ich verlasse Dresden und suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in der Südvorstadt. Das Zimmer kostet warm 142€ + 15€ für Strom. Für Studenten der TU-Dresden ist auch Internet inklusive, da wir im WLAN-Bereich der Uni liegen.
Es erwarten dich 2 nette Mitbewohner. Robert schreibt grad an seiner Diplomarbeit und wird in absehbarer Zeit auch ausziehen. Anna ist Doktorandin und zur Zeit aufgrund eines Projektes oft in Karlsruhe.
Wenn du willst könntest du die Möbel (Bett[1.40x2.00], Kleiderschrank+Aufsatz, Schreibtisch, Regal, Drehstuhl) für 150€ übernehmen.
