In unserer schönen 4er WG wird zum 1.12. ein Zimmer frei! Es ist 14qm² groß und zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet, weshalb man nichts vom Straßenlärm mitbekommt.
Folgende Möbel bleiben da, weil ich sie auch übernommen habe: Bett mit Matratze, Holzregal und ein lila AUfhängeregal. Falls sie dir nicht gefallen, kannst du sie auf den Dachoden tun oder wegschmeißen. Ich würde meinen Kleiderschrank eventuell gegen eine kleine Ablöse da lassen.
Die große WG Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen und Plauschen ein. Ganz wichtig: Es gibt eine SPÜLMASCHINE, unser Lebensretter! :D
Des weiteren sind alle lebensnotwendigen Gegenstände und Geräte vorhanden: Ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Ceranplatte mit Ofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffemaschine Waschmaschine und Staubsauger. Schnelles WLAN und ein Telefon mit Festnetzflat gibt es auch :)
Falls du ein Fahrrad hast, kannst du es im Keller abstellen.

The room is free from 1st December onwards. It's 14qm² big and the window faces to the backyard so it's really quiet and you won't hear any traffic noises.
The following furniture stay in the room: bed with mattress, wooden shelf and purple wardrobe. If you don't like them, you can put them in the attic or throw them away. You can purchase my wardrobe if you want, I bought it a year ago.
There's a big kitchen where you can eat and talk with the others. Most importantly, there's a dishwasher!
Furthermore everything you need is already there: fridge with freezing compartment, ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
If you have a bike, you can put it in the basement.
Das Zimmer ist bestens geeignet für Studenten! Ihr wohnt quasi gegenüber des HSZ. Ihr könnt also ausschlafen :D
Die Bushaltestelle Mommsenstraße befindet sich gleich neben dem Haus. Von dort aus fährt die Linie 66 in 5min zum Hauptbahnhof, wo ihr im LIDL einkaufen gehen könnt. Ihr könnt aber auch 3 min mit'm Bus zum Höckendorfer Weg fahren, da gibt es einen Kaufland.

The room is perfect for students! You'll live right across the HSZ(Hörsaalzentrum). So don't worry, you can sleep in :D
The busstop 'Mommsenstraße' is located next to the house. From there you can go to the main station in 5 minutes. You can buy your groceries in LIDL at the Hauptbahnhof(main station) or in Kaufland which is located at the Höckendorfer Weg. YOu can go there by bus in 3 minutes.
In der WG wohnen zurzeit Nadja(Anglistik), Sebastian(Lehramt Mathe/Physik) und Mohammad(Medizin). Mohammad wohnt nur zur Zwischenmiete hier, im Dezember kommt Michael wieder, welcher Elektrotechnik studiert und gerade in München ein Praktikum absolviert.
Es herrscht ein freundliches und entspanntes Miteinander. Man trifft sich in der Küche beim Essen und Kochen, aber natürlich kann man sich auch in sein Zimmer zurückziehen wenn man seine Ruhe braucht und nicht gestört werden möchte.
Es gibt einen funktionierenden Putzplan, man wechselt sich wöchentlich mit dem Putzen etc. ab.
Im Haus gibt es nur Studenten WGs, es herrscht also ein lockeres Miteinander.

You'll live with 3 other students: Nadja(American Studies), Sebastian(aspiring maths/physics teacher) and Michael(electrical engineering).
The others are really nice and helpful! We meet each other in the kitchen and talk or eat there.
There's a cleaning schedule so 1 person hast to do the cleaning in a week.
In the house there's only student WGs, so it's really relaxed here.
Falls ihr Interesse an dem Zimmer habt, schreibt mir ne Mail oder SMS mit einem Terminvorschlag. Ich werde mich dann schnellstens bei euch zurückmelden :)
