In unserer schönen 2er Wg wird ab sofort ein Zimmer frei.
Ich suche eine(n) Nachmieter*in für das etwa 17 m2 große, gut geschnittene Zimmer in einem hübschen Gebäude. Die Wohnung hat in allen Räumen Laminat und die Küche und das Bad sind gut ausgestattet und haben alles, was man braucht, und es gibt ebenso einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Die Möbel können gerne übernommen werden. Der Preis dafür ist verhandelbar. Die Waschmaschine und der Kühlschrank gehören mir und meinem Mitbewohner, sodass du sie für ca. 50Eu übernehmen kannst.

I’m looking for a person who wants to take a 17 m2 room in a nice apartment. The floor of the place is fully laminated and the bathroom and kitchen have everything what is needed, there is as well a storage room for the bike or any other stuff. The furniture are also to sell with a negotiable price. The washing machine and the fridge belong to me and my flatmate and my part can be taken for 50Eu.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Gebäude, die wir mit anderen Studenten-WGs und jungen Familien teilen. Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah (10min Fahrrad) und die ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof und 10 Minuten vom der Uni entfernt. Sie liegt somit sehr zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind demnach auch nah gelegen (Lidl, Konsum..). Für das Auto findet man in den Nebenstraßen meist problemlos einen Parkplatz.
The apartment is located in a nice and clean building where also live students and young families. The area is not far away from the center (10min by bike), the main train station is just 5 min away by walking and also very close to the university. There are around different options for supermarket (Lidl, Konsum..) and if you have a car it is easily possible to park around the building.
In der Wohnung lebt Michael. Er ist berufstätig, macht gerne Sports und er ist ganz unkompliziert. Er ist oft am Wochenende nicht da wegen seiner Familie.
Michael will be your new flatmate, he is working currently, enjoys doing sports and he is totally uncomplicated. He will be often away at the weekends because of his family.
Das Zimmer ist ab 10.05 zu haben aber Falls du früher einziehen willst, können wir darüber sprechen!
