Du suchst ein Zimmer? Hier ist eins genau für dich
Die Wohnung ist eine schöne 2er WG mit ausreichend Platz für dich und deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Maria.
Alle Zimmer haben ein Außenfenster, also auch Bad und Küche. Die Küche ist groß genug für eine ordentliche Küchenzeile mit Herd, Ofen und Geschirrspüler und einem schönen Esstisch für 4 Personen. Du kannst also gern kochen und Freunde einladen.
Im Bad steht die Waschmaschine und es gibt auch eine Badewanne. Auch hier gibt es ein Fenster zum Hof.
Dein Zimmer liegt neben dem Bad am Ende der Wohnung und ist ruhig nach hinten zum Hof raus gelegen. Das Zimmer selbst ist ausgestattet mit einem großen Schrank, einem 1,20m Bett, Schreibtisch und diversen anderen Schränken und Regalen. Die Einrichtung die du auf den Bildern siehst bleibt, und wenn du möchtest auch einige Deko-Gegenstände, wenn du versprichst, sie ganz zu lassen ;)
Du brauchst also nur Bettzeug und dein Leben in Dresden kann los gehen

You are looking for a Flat? Here you go.
The flat is a nice 2 room apartment with enough space for you and your future flatmate Maria.
All rooms have a window, including bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is big enough for a proper working surface, oven, dishwasher and an eating table for 4 people. So, you are very welcome to cook and enjoy with friends.
The bathroom contains a bath tube and a washing machine.
Your room is a the end oft he hallway and has a window going out to the quite garden. The room contains a big closet, a 1,20m memory foam bed, a desk and several other shelves and cabinets. If you want, I can also leave some of the decoration. But only if you promise to leave it in one piece ;)
So all you need is a pillow and a blanket and you can move in.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Südvorstadt, 5 min. von der Endhaltestelle der 8 entfernt. Man ist in 10 min am Hauptbahnhof, wo auch alle Fernbusse abfahren, also wenn du gern reist, ist die lage ideal. Zum Campus braucht man 10 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad 5. Auch die Buslinien 61 und 62 sind in 5 Minuten Laufweg zu erreichen. Es gibt am Hauptbahnhof einen Rewe und einen Lidl, der auch am Wochenende geöffnet hat. Außerdem gibt es Aldi, Frieda und sowie Bäckerei, Fleischerei und eine Obst- und Gemüsehändler in Laufnähe.
The flat is located in Dresden Südvorstadt, a lovely neighborhood between the mainstation and the campus. You only walk 5 min tot he next Tram station and also the bus lines 61 and 62 are only 5 min walking distance away. You will reach the main station within 10 minutes and there also all our inter city buses depart, so if you like to be flexible, that’s the place to be. You need about 10 minutes to the campus, even 5 minutes if you take the bike.
At the main station there is a REWE super market and a Lidl discounter, which is also open on Sundays. Besides that, there are another supermarket Frieda, another discounter Aldi and several bakeries, a butcher and a fruit and vegetable shop close by.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Maria, die du auch bei der Besichtigung kennen lernen wirst. Sie ist nett und freut sich über ein gutes Gespräch ab und an. Sie hat einiges zu tun und wird keine Babysitterin spielen, aber für einen Plausch beim Kochen oder einem Glas Wein hat Sie nichts. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind wichtig, vor allem in Bad und Küche.
Your flatmate will be Maria, who you will meet when you visit the flat. She is a cool person and happy to have a nice chat every now and then. As she is quite busy, she will not have time to babysit you, but having a nice talk and/or a glas of wine while cooking is very welcomed.
Cleanliness is expected, especially in the bathroom and kitchen.
