Da ich mein Studium an der TU Dresden beendet habe, wird mein Zimmer in der Bernhardstraße frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, u. A. da die Bernhardstraße hier endet und eine Sackgasse ist. Das Zimmer ist länglich geschnitten und das Fenster bietet einen Blick über eine kleine Grünfläche gen Osten. Auf der anderen Seite gibt es noch einen großen Hinterhof mit Fussballplatz und großer Grünfläche.
In der Miete sind sämtliche Kosten enthalten, d.h. Warmmiete, Wasser, Strom, GEZ, Internet, und ein kleiner Beitrag in die WG-Kasse aus der allgemeine Gebrauchsmittel, wie Spülmittel, Klopapier etc. bezahlt werden.
Nach Absprache können auch einige meiner Möbel (Bett + Matratze, Schrank, Tisch, s. Bilder) im Zimmer übernommen werden.
Having finished my studies at the TU Dresden and moving to Vienna for work, I am leaving my room in Dresden. The apartment is located at a calm location in Sudvorstadt, the Bernhandstrasse ends here with a dead end. The room has a lengthy shape and the window offers a view across a small green field towards east. On the other side of the building is a big yard with football field and grass fields, hidden between the apartment buildings.
The rent covers everything, heat, water, electricity, media fee, internet and a small amount for the apartment maintenance, from which we buy things we all need like cleanup things for the bathroom, toilet paper, etc.
Some of the pieces of furniture (bed with matrasses, the big wardrobe, desk, see the photos) are intended to stay in the room, but it is open for negotiations.
Zur Lage, die Bushaltestelle „Bernhardstrasse“ ist ungefähr 1 Minute entfernt und die Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 8 „Südvorstadt“ ist ungefähr in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Der Campus der TU Dresden ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 min erreichbar.
Um das Nachtleben Dresdens zu genießen ist die Neustadt in 20 min mit der Linie 8 zu erreichen. Zum Hauptbahnhof kommst Du zu Fuß in gut 15min oder per Tram in 5 min.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend, die nächstgelegene ist 40 m vor der Haustür. Ein paar Schritte weiter gibt es einen Dönerladen, sowie die beste Falafel Dresdens bei „Fatima“. Ist dir der Weg in die Neustadt mal zu weit, gibt es noch die Kneipe „Campus“ um die Ecke.
Es ist eine sehr angenehme und ruhige Wohnlage, die dennoch sehr zentral gelegen ist.
The bus-stop “Bernhardstrasse” is roughly 1 minute away, the tram-stop “Sudvorstadt” can be reach approximately within 3 minutes. The campus of the TU Dresden is around 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
If You want to experience the Dresden night life, the Neustadt can be reached within 20 minutes by the tram line number 8. The main train station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes with the tram.
There are many grocery shops nearby, the closest one is 40 m from the house door. Few steps further there is a Kebab place and right next to it the best Falafel spot in Dresden the “Fatima”. Should the Neustadt be too far away, there is pub called “Campus” right around the corner.
The location is pleasant and quiet one, with everything within reach.
Die WG teilst Du dir mit Matthias (24), Alex (29) und Johannes (34), 3 Studenten, die sich alle im letzten Drittel ihres Studiums befinden. Und dann ist da noch unsere vierbeinige Mitbewohnerin Juno, eine neun Jahre alte Hundedame, die frei nach dem Motto essen, Gassi, schlafen, mit Betonung auf schlafen, lebt😊.
Das Leben in der WG ist sehr entspannt, gelegentlich unternehmen wir etwas gemeinsam, aber wenn Du Zeit für dich selbst brauchst wird das selbstverständlich respektiert. Die Küche ist unser Gemeinschaftszimmer, wo man sich zu Mahlzeiten, Gesprächen etc. trifft.

You will share the apartment with Matthias (24), Alex (29) and Johannes (34), 3 students, all of them in the last third of their studies. Then there is our dog-lady Juno, she is nine years old und lives by the motto eat, walk and sleep, with sleep as hers most favorite activity 😊.
The everyday life in the apartment is nice and easy, from time to time we do something larger together as students do, but if anyone needs space and privacy it is respected. The kitchen is our meeting room while eating, for chat, etc.
