Es erwartet dich eine 3er-WG mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Fenster und einem Gemeinschaftsraum mit Couch und Fernseher. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 20m2 groß mit zwei Fenstern, die viel Licht ins Dunkel lassen und es ist mit Laminat bepflastert. Das Zimmer ist bereits mit einem 90x200cm Bett und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Die Warmmiete ist 290 Euro.
Die Lage ist Perfekt für Studenten an der TU Dresden. Laufend erreichst du den Campus nach ca. zehn Minuten, kannst aber auch bei schlechtem Wetter zwei oder drei Haltestellen mit dem Bus fahren. Der Bus an der Haltestelle Chemnitzer Straße ist ca. zwei Minuten entfernt und er bringt dich außerdem in 7 Minuten in die Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hast du schräg gegenüber der WG durch ein ALDI und zehn Gehminuten zu LIDL und Konsum. Alles andere zum Shoppen findest Du in der Altstadt.
Wir suchen einen neue(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in). Wir sind beide berufstätig (Wissenschaftler Physik und angehender Krankenpfleger) und zwischen 27 und 33 Jahren. Zu unserer WG gehört ein Keller, der Platz für Grill, Fahrräder und andere Sachen bietet und einen Dachboden, der für die Hausgemeinschaft zum Wäschetrocknen bereitgestellt wurde. Im Sommer kannst du im großen Hinterhof mit Freunden treffen, sonnen oder einen gemütlichen Abend verbringen.

Hello,
a WG with a fully equipped kitchen, bath with shower and a common room with couch and TV expects you. Your future room is 20m2 in size with two windows and it is paved with laminate. It comes equipped with a 90x200cm bed and a wardrobe (free, no charge!). To our shared apartment there is also a cellar, which offers space for barbecue, bicycles and other things.
The location is perfect for students at the TU Dresden. Ongoing you reach the campus after ~ 10 mins. The bus stop at Chemnitzer Straße is about two minutes away and it brings you in 7 mins to Altstadt.
You have shopping opportunities across the street through an ALDI, whereas LIDL and Consum can be easily found within a 10 mins walking distance.
Your future roommates will be Cornelius (27) currently trained as a nurse and David (33) who is a researcher in physics. The rent (including G/W/E+Internet) is 290 Euro.
