In unserer WG wird ein 17qm großes Zimmer frei. Es ist gut geschnitten und hat eine große Fensterfront zur Nordseite, daher heizt sich das Zimmer im Sommer nicht auf. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben, sodass Du es nach deinem Geschmack einrichten kannst.
Bei Bedarf können einige Möbel übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit Wasch- nd Spülmaschine und hat auch einen Balkon.
We have a free 17 sqm room in our WG. The room is spacious and has large windows facing north which prevents the room from getting hot in summer. The room will be unfurnished, so you can design it according to your liking.
If you are interested you can keep some of the furniture.
The flat has is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher and it also has a balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Direkt nebenan befindet sich die HTW. Der Hauptbahnhof und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die TU ist mit nur 10 Minuten (zu Fuß) Entfernung sehr nahe gelegen. Durch die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist auch die "Außenstelle" Tharandt sehr schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto, Rewe, Aldi, und Lidl (auch sonntags geöffnet) sind mit 5 min Fußweg nicht weit entfernt.
The flat is very central, right next to HTW. Dresden mainstation and all public transportation are within 2 minutes walking distance, you will need 10 minutes walking to reach the TU campus. All kinds of supermarkets (Lidl is even open on Sundays) are very close as well.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Steven und Johanna. Steven hat im Ausland Medizin studiert, spricht fließend Spanisch und absolviert momentan einen B2 Deutschkurs, um seine Sprachkenntnisse zu erweitern. Johanna arbeitet im Moment von zu Hause und wird (wenn alles gut geht) im Frühling ihren Master an der TU beginnen.Wir würden uns freuen in einer Gemeinschaft zu leben in der alle Verantwortung übernehmen und in der man sich wohlfühlen kann, was Sauberkeit und Ordnung, aber auch das Zwischenmenschliche angeht. Natürlich hat jeder sein eigenes alltägliches Zeug zu erledigen, aber mal zusammen kochen oder sich unterhalten wäre schon =)
Wichtig: du müsstest (gemeinsam mit Johanna) Hauptmieter/in der Wohnung werden, also ein Einkommen oder Bürgschaft vorweisen.
Your new roommates are Steven and Johanna. Steven has studied medicine abroad, is fluent in Spanish, and is currently taking German classes to start his work as a doctor here. Johanna is currently working from home. If all goes well shell start her masters at the TU in spring. Generally, the WG-life is relaxed and calm. We would like to live in a place where everyone is acting responsibly and where everyone can feel comfortable regarding not only the cleanliness but also with eachother. Of course, everyone is busy with their own everyday life, but cooking together of chatting from time to time would be nice =)
Important: you will have to be the main renter of this flat (together with Johanna), i.e. you will have to show proof of sufficient income.
