Das Zimmer (15 m²) befindet sich im 1 OG und liegt auf der Südseite der Wohnung mit Fenster zum ruhigen Innenhofbereich. Es ist mit Laminatboden ausgelegt und wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtwohnfläche von ca. 70 m². Geschirrspüler, Badewanne und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es muss also nichts mitgebracht werden.
The room is located on the first floor on the south side of the building and has a window to the quite and sunny courtyard. It contains a laminate floor and is offered without furniture. The flat is 70 m² big and contains a dishwasher, bathtub and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equiped, so there is no need to bring stuff.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Nürnberger Ei mit den Haltestellen Südvorstadt (Linie 8), Nürnberger Platz (Linie 3) und Bernhardstraße (Linie 61) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Hauptcampus der TU Dresden lässt sich in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Mit der Bahn braucht man zum Hauptbahnhof weniger als 5 Minuten. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Edeka, DM, Konsum, Bäckereien, Dönerladen, Post, etc) und Restaurants.
The flat is located near the main campus of the TU Dresden and can be reached within 10 min by foot. The public transport (Lines 3, 8 and 61) is in direct proximity. Therefore you can get to the main station within 5 minutes. We are also surrounded by grocery stores (Netto, Edeka, DM, Konsum, bakeries, Post Office) and restaurants.
Aktuell wohnen Inga, Antonia und Pascal in der WG. Inga ist die aktuelle Bewohnerin des Zimmers und wird die WG verlassen, um mit ihrem Freund zusammenzuziehen. Antonia (20) studiert derzeit Mathe im 3. Semester. Sie ist von Anfang an deine langfristige Mitbewohnerin. Pascal (27) befindet sich in den letzten Zügen seiner Promotion (Chemie). In seiner Freizeit treibt er gerne Sport (Handball, Volleyball, Bouldern), verbringt Zeit im Freien oder auch mal einen gemütlichen Nachmittag auf der Couch. Er wird die Wohnung im April für 6 Monate verlassen, mit ihm wirst du also ab Oktober wieder zu tun haben. In der gemeinsam genutzten Küche kann man gut zusammen kommen, gemeinsam Kochen und sich über die Erlebnisse des Tages austauschen. In den wärmeren Jahreszeiten eignet sich auch der gemeinsam genutzte Balkon für das ein oder andere Feierabendbierchen. Hierbei wird natürlich darauf geachtet, dass jede/-r den Freiraum bekommt, den er/sie braucht.
Currently, Inga, Antonia and Pascal are living in the flat. Inga is currently living in the offered room and will leave the flat to move in with her boyfriend. Antonia (20) is studying math in her 3rd semester. She will be your long-term roommate from the start. Pascal is close to finishing his PhD (chemistry). In his free time he likes to do sports (handball, volleyball, bouldering), spends time outside, or an evening on the couch from time to time. He will leave the flat in april for 6 month, so you will get to know him from october onwards. In the meantime, his room will also be on offer to rent. The shared kitchen is a good place to meet, cook together and enjoy each others company. The flat also has a balcony that is ideal to share a cold drink in the summer evenings. Of course everyone will get his/her me-time, that is needed.
