Hallo, ich suche eine Person, die mein Zimmer für 3 Monate von Anfang November 2021 bis Ende Januar 2022 bewohnt Teil der Stadt. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Lidl (3 Blöcke) und Konsum (2 Blöcke). Wenn Sie an der TU Dresden oder HTW-Dresden studieren, sind beide ganz in der Nähe und Sie können dort zu Fuß gehen. Auch wenn Sie gerne reisen, ist der Hauptbahnhof Hauptbahnhof auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Drugstore DM und Library Thalia sind 5-6 Blocks von zu Hause entfernt.
Tatsächlich teilen sich 3 Personen die Wohnung: ein Mann, eine Frau und der dritte werden Sie sein. Ihre netten Mitbewohner sind Profis, die derzeit arbeiten, und kommen aus Deutschland und der Mongolei.

Hello, I am looking for a person who takes my room for 3 months from the beginning of November 2021 to the end of January 2022. The flat is very well located in Südvostadt and you can reach easily it by tram and bus to move to any part of the city. The flat Is close to Lidl (3 blocks) and Konsum (2 blocks). If you are studying at TU Dresden or HTW-Dresden, both are very close and you can go there walking. Even if you love to travel, the Main Central Station Hauptbanhof is reachable walking too. Drugstore DM and Library Thalia are 5-6 blocks from home.
Actually, the flat is shared by 3 people: one male one female and the third one will be you. Your kind roommates are professionals who are currently working.
Your room is very spacious, has the sun light that make it warmer along the day, and has 15.8 square meters of area. In the flat, you will share the kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine, and if you have a bicycle you can securely let it rest inside the private deposit in the basement. The room has a closet included, a ceiling lamp, and a curtain. And if you want to relax you can use the tub in the bathroom.
