I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful apartment at Münchner Straße 14.
The building was built in 2013 and is therefore very new and modern. I myself took over this apartment and maintained it to the best of my conscience (non-smoker).

The roommate is a very nice guy and he studies electronics of master program in TUD.
He cooks really well and keeps the apartment clean. He is warm-hearted and studies hard.
He loves photographic and vedio clip. And He always keeps quiet in the evening.
He is no smoking guy.
- Pets by arrangement with the property manager.
- The apartment is actually a student WG,so a lot of students from TUD are living here. You can easily find friends or have fun in this nice apartment.
- on the ground floor there is the restaurant, and barbier for men. It is really convienient.
