The rent of 420€ covers things like electricity and heating, so you don't have to worry about extra bills. The room is big and has all the furniture you need, which you can use for free. It gets plenty of sunlight during the day because there are two big windows.
The very Central location around the TU Dresden campus. Tram/Bus stops are just a few minutes walk away. Same for grocery stores Edeka, REWE, and Netto as well as dm. Most of the TU Dresden buildings are within walking distance. 15 minutes on foot to Dresden Central Station, and 2 minutes on tram. Right in front of the house, there is a MOBI bike and car rental parking.
Your flatmate for the period of your stay will be Piotr, he is working in the IT field and is very friendly. He is often away in Poland and usually works during the day, so does not spend much time at home. He likes to respect the personal space and flat share, but also loves to hang out, never says no to a beer or two :)
I am leaving the flat at the end of August and looking for someone who would take over the contract, so you must have all your documents available and ready for the move-in date. I can be a bit more flexible with dates. The furniture that is in the room, can be handed over for a negotiable fee...
