Die Pluspunkte: Das Zimmer geht Richtung Süden, d.h. es ist schön hell. Und wenn du aus dem Fenster schaust, kannst du sogar bis auf die andere Elbseite sehen.
Der Minuspunkt: es ist nicht super ruhig, da die Hansastraße (vierspurig) direkt ums Eck ist. Nachts ists aber deutlich ruhiger und die Fenster halten viel ab. (Anja schläft z.B. auch mit offenem Fenster.)

The advantages: the room is south-facing and therefore quite bright. When you look outside the window you can even see the other side of the river Elbe.
The disadvantage: it's not very calm because the Hansastraße (four lanes) is directly near. But at night, it's much calmer and the closed window keep off the noise very well. (Anja sleeps with windows open.)
Wir wohnen sehr zentral, 5min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Neustadt, wo viele verschiedene Öffis fahren. Die Straßenbahnlinie 3 ist in 3min zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufen bei Lidl oder im Biomarkt ist bequem in 5min machbar, und wenn doch noch was wichtiges spätabends fehlt, liegt der Biospäti quasi gegenüber. Der ist auch sehr gut geeignet zum Cornern im Rudolfkiez :-)

We are living quite central, 5min by foot to the train station Dresden Neustadt where a lot of public transport is available. You can reach the tram line 3 in 3min by foot. Also, buying food at Lidl or a local bio market is quite comfortable. And if you forgot something, the Biospäti is at the next corner. It is also very nice for hanging out in the Rudolfkiez :-)
Wir, das sind Max (er/ihn) und Anja (sie/ihr) - und vielleicht bald du? Wir kennen uns schon ein Weilchen und wohnen seit Anfang des Jahres zusammen. Wir beschäftigen uns mit vielen und verschiedenen Dingen, von Muskelfunktionen und Meditation über Asylrecht zu solidarischer Gesundheitsversorgung ist einiges dabei. Schwimmen, klettern und Rad fahren tun wir auch gerne, Musik hören (und manchmal machen) auch. Gleiches gilt für lange auf dem Sofa in der Küche versacken und zusammen essen (Kühlschrank ist vegan/vegetarisch und für alle zugänglich). Wir wünschen uns ein:en neue:n Mitbewohner:in, der:die wie wir Lust auf ein familiäres Miteinander hat und offen ist für gemeinsame Unternehmungen außerhalb der Wohnung :-)

We are Max (he/him) and Anja (she/her) - and maybe you? We know each other for a while and live together since the beginning of this year. We spend time with many different things, naming for example muscle functions, meditation, asylum law or communal healthcare. We also like swimming, climbing and bicycling and listening (and sometimes making) music. Same for hanging out in the kitchen and eating together (the fridge is vegan/vegetarian and open for everyone). We are searching for someone who also wants to have a communal WG life :-) If that sounds good for you, just text us and tell a bit about you!
P.S.: Unsere Wohnung ist nicht die neueste, und wir haben Lust, sie uns (noch) schöner zu machen. Als nächstes Projekt steht z.B. Wände streichen an. Du kannst also auch noch einiges in der Wohnung neu mitgestalten.
P.P.S.: Achso, und ganz klar: wir haben keine Lust auf queerfeindliche, sexistische, rassistische oder generell menschenfeindliche Einstellungen.
