Das Zimmer ist etwa 18 Quadratmeter groß und hat ein großes Fenster nach Nordosten. So bekommt man morgens ein bisschen Sonne ab, aber im Sommer bleibt es recht kühl. Selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es sehr ruhig, da es kaum Verkehr auf der Straße gibt und die Nachbarn ruhig sind.

The room is about 18 square meters in size and has a large window facing north-east. So you get a bit of sun in the morning, but it stays quite cool in summer. Even with the window open, it is very quiet as there is hardly any traffic on the street and the neighbors are quiet.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Nürnberger-Ei 10 Minuten und zur Haltestelle "Schweizer Straße" (Linie 62) 5 Minuten. Damit sind Sie in alle Richtungen gut angebunden. Der Hauptcampus der TU ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es einen Dönerladen und eine Bäckerei direkt in der Straße. LIDL, REWE, EDEKA, NETTO, DM, ROSSMANN und KONSUM sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is perfectly connected to public transportation. It is a 5-minute walk to the main train station, 10 minutes to Nürnberger-Ei and 5 minutes to the "Schweizer Straße" stop (line 62). This means you are well connected in every direction. The main campus of the TU can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. There is also a kebab shop and a bakery right in the street. LIDL, REWE, EDEKA, NETTO, DM, ROSSMANN and KONSUM are all within a 10-minute walk

Das Leben in der Wohnung ist ziemlich chillig. Ich arbeite von zu Hause aus, also bin ich an den meisten Tagen zu Hause. Ich genieße Aktivitäten im Freien und chille gerne mit Freunden, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe. Ich versuche auch, von Zeit zu Zeit zu reinigen, um die Wohnung in einer schönen und organisierten Art und Weise zu halten, deshalb möchte ich jemanden, der dies auch will und weiß, wie wichtig es ist, sich gegenseitig zu respektieren.

Life in the flat is quite chill. I work remotely so you find me home on most days. I enjoy outdoor activities and chilling with friends when I get the chance. I also try to clean from time to time in order to maintain the flat in a nice and organized way, therefore I would like someone who wants this too and knows the importance of respecting one another.

Da ich vor kurzem eingezogen bin und die ganzen Küchenmöbel kaufen musste, möchte ich diese teilen, so dass Ihr Teil 600 Euro beträgt.
