The apartment is located in the trendy district of Dresden-Neustadt.
The room itself has a large window wall that lets in plenty of daylight and is already equipped with a wardrobe, desk, sofa and bunk bed. The bunk bed gives you a lot of space in the room and you can set it up however you like. The room has laminate.
The kitchen has basic equipment. Special equipment would have to be brought along. In the kitchen itself there is the possibility of taking meals. In summer you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Szeneviertel Dresden-Neustadt.
An Möglichkeiten zur Abendgestaltung (Theater, Tanzen, Bars, Clubs, Spätis,...) sollte es nicht mangeln.
Etwa 50 Meter entfernt befindet sich ein Rewe und gegenüber die S-Bahnhaltestelle (Linie 5).
Direkt gegenüber der Schauburg (Filmtheater in Dresden). REWE sowie die S-Bahn direkt vor der Haustür. Cafe "Elbsalon" ist ebenfalls um die Ecke. Der Alaunpark ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Du hast also alles um die Ecke. Die nächste Kneipe it auch nicht weit weg. Chinesisch kannst Du auch gleich um die Ecke essen.

The apartment is located in the trendy district of Dresden-Neustadt.
There shouldn't be a lack of possibilities for evening activities (theater, dancing, bars, clubs, late night shops,...).
There is a supermarket about 50 meters away and opposite the S-Bahn station (line 5).
Directly opposite the Schauburg (movie theater in Dresden). REWE and the S-Bahn right outside the front door. Cafe "Elbsalon" is also around the corner. Alumpark is 3 minutes away. So you have everything around the corner. The nearest pub is not far away either. You can also eat Chinese right around the corner.

Bei uns ist es eher ruhig. Heißt: 22 Uhr denken wir auch an die Nachbarn. :-)
Es spricht aber nichts gegen eine WG-Party. Ab und an machen wir auch etwas gemeinsam.
Sauber ist es bei uns auch. Hierfür haben wir einen Putzplan und jeder hat seine Aufgaben. In der Küche steht nichts rum, es wird direkt aufgeräumt. Das wünschen wir uns auch von Dir.
It's rather quiet here. Means: 10 p.m. we also think about the neighbors. :-)
But there's nothing wrong with a flat share party. From time to time we do something together.
It's clean with us too. We have a cleaning plan for this and everyone has their tasks. Nothing is left lying around in the kitchen, things are cleaned up right away. We wish the same from you.
