Taim and Vladlen are looking for a new flatmate in place of Ahmet. Three-bedroom apartment, with a kitchen, two bathrooms (one with bathtub), a big living room, and a big balcony. The apartment is furnished; buying the common-furniture share (1/3 of the current value) and some furniture of the room is required. But these payments can be made in installments.
The rent is 406.78€ which includes your share of cold rent, additional costs (paid to the landlord), electricity, internet, gas, and Rundfunkbeitrag.
Taim und Vladlen suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner anstelle von Ahmet. Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung, mit einer Küche, zwei Bädern (eines mit Badewanne), einem großen Wohnzimmer und einem großen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist möbliert; der Anteil an den Gemeinschaftsmöbeln (1/3 des aktuellen Wertes) und einige Zimmermöbel müssen gekauft werden. Diese Zahlungen können jedoch in Raten geleistet werden.
Die Miete beträgt 406,78 € und beinhaltet Ihren Anteil an der Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten (die an den Vermieter gezahlt werden), Strom, Internet, Gas und Rundfunkbeitrag.
The Düren Bf can be reached in 15 minutes by foot. The nearest supermarket (Netto) is 250 meters away. There is also a Rewe and Edeka within about 10 min walking distance. The apartment is about a 10 min walk from the city center. Within 10 minutes you can go for a walk in the fields and in the greenery.
Der Düren Bf ist in 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Der nächste Supermarkt (Netto) ist 250 Meter entfernt. Außerdem gibt es in circa 10 Minuten Fußweg einen Rewe und Edeka. Die Wohnung liegt circa 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man zum Spazieren gehen in den Feldern und im Grünen.
There is a family atmosphere in our shared flat: we like to have breakfast together at the weekend, sit together in the living room to read, drink coffee, watch movies or series together in the evening; or go out. Overall, it is a relaxed and quiet atmosphere in our flat. There is no obligation to socialize all the time.
In unserer WG herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre: Wir frühstücken am Wochenende gerne gemeinsam, sitzen zusammen im Wohnzimmer und lesen, trinken Kaffee, schauen gemeinsam Filme oder Serien oder gehen aus. Insgesamt haben wir eine entspannte und ruhige Atmosphäre in unserer Wohnung und jeder kann sich auch mal zurückziehen.
