P.S - You will have the flat to yourself! Due to work travel, I only spend 2 weeks a YEAR in Düsseldorf. Possible to take the master bedroom instead of the second bedroom. Otherwise also the chance to rent out the second bedroom with someone else.

Your room is large and airy, with a floor to ceiling that also opens as a door into a large shared terrace (shared with 3 other flats). The window and balcony in your room faces south, so you have beautiful lighting for longer. There is an automatic window blind for your privacy. The room comes furnished with a bed, a closet and a desk - pictures show it when it was semi-empty as a spare room.
The apartment is 120 sqm on two levels, and has a modern design with lots of open space and light. The ceilings have two large skylights that can be opened via remote control.
It is furnished in an urban loft style with a dining table that converts into a pool table, pipe lamps with edison bulbs, and barcelona chairs.
The living room has floor to ceiling windows that are 4 meters wide, and open up to a small balcony furnished with a table and two chairs for the perfect breakfast or coffee.
The kitchen has a trendy color palate and also includes a bar for fast dining. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher and oven. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer for your utmost convenience.
In addition to the balcony from the living room, and the shared terrace from your bedroom, the apartment also has a large rooftop terrace that overlooks Duesseldorf. You can see the tower, all the bridges and it is the perfect location to watch fireworks on the Rhine.
The location could not be better: Right in the center of the Altstadt. However, the building is comfortably hidden within another large building, and therefore there is absolutely no disturbance from the neighbouring party scene. However if you wish to go into the city, you are 3 minutes away!
The Rhine is 1 minute walk from the apartment.
Shopping is easily done on the main streets of the Altstadt, and Carlsplatz also provides a market and a DM and a REWE supermarket for daily needs.
Restaurants are abundant, and so are bars/clubs.
The apartment is also located in the heart of the art gallery district, and there are several galleries that host open events with the artists right at your doorstep.
I am currently running a business and am passionate about my career and the experiences around it. I am social, warm and love to have meaningful conversations. You are welcome to host dinner parties and I would be keen to find someone who is interested in hosting intimate art/music/poetry salon events at the apartment. While I travel quite a lot, when I return, its always nice to share some time together.
I am seeking a professional yet adventurous open minded individual who also appreciates the finer things in life, is also social and warm.
