My roomie is moving back to Zurich and I refuse to leave this amazing flat. However, I can not cover the full rent therefore I am looking for a new roomie.
The flat is amazing: two floors (each with its own entrances), two bedrooms + 2 other open areas, two toilets (one in each floor for one for each of both tenants) and kitchen. The room for rent is on the first floor. The room is very spacious and allows to have a king size bed, a desk to work and has still some space left.
Feel free to come by to visit the room.
The flat is in front of the Rhine and has a lovely view, and although the flat is located two streets away from from the city center, the area is ver quiet and residential. Next to the building where the flat is, there is an Italian Restaurant and two art galleries. There is Tonhalle underground station near the flat.
The room is for rent in a two-room flat. I am the other tenant. I am Mexican, living in Germany because of work. I work a lot during the week and travel during the weekends so I won't be much time around the flat. I speak English and Spanish, and a basic of German.
